1. Assist in the setup and adjustment of industrial machinery to achieve operational autonomy.
2. Provide mechanical, electronic, and IT support for operational tasks.
3. Engage in the operation of both collaborative and traditional robots, supporting their operational management.
4. Participate in the programming of new machinery and the management of daily improvement and development activities.
5. Support quality control processes with a focus on machine settings.
6. Collaborate in the loading and unloading of products from machinery.
7. Familiarize with Ginori 1735's decorative standards and associated quality benchmarks.

1. Completed education in technical, mechanical, or electronic fields or equivalent practical experience.
2. Availability to work in shifts.
