1. Supervise incoming orders and support the New York Customer Service team in managing the USA portfolio.
2. Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize logistics processes and ensure timely deliveries.
3. Coordinate with the Planning team to efficiently monitor orders and schedule shipments.
4. Assist in organizing international shipments to clients and department stores, working closely with the logistics team and carriers.
5. Monitor production progress to ensure order completion, liaising with the Product Development team for customized orders.
6. Analyze data related to shipments, order control, and transportation costs.
7. Verify shipping documentation and coordinate with Administration for intercompany invoicing.
8. Interact with Kering America's Accounts Receivable team to plan shipments based on payment releases.
9. Collaborate with Global and US Marketing teams in managing orders and materials for special events.

1. Degree in Economics, Logistics, or equivalent studies.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
6. Familiarity with ERP systems (AX is a plus).

No prior experience required, though familiarity with logistics and operations is advantageous.

Degree in Economics, Logistics, or equivalent studies.
