- Supervise incoming orders and support the New York Customer Service team in managing the USA portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize logistics processes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Planning team to efficiently monitor orders and schedule shipments.
- Assist in organizing international shipments to clients and department stores, working closely with the logistics team and carriers.
- Monitor production progress to ensure order completion, liaising with the Product Development team for customized orders.
- Analyze data related to shipments, order control, and transportation costs.
- Verify shipping documentation and coordinate with Administration for intercompany invoicing.
- Interact with Kering America's Accounts Receivable team to plan shipments based on payment releases.
- Collaborate with Global and US Marketing teams in managing orders and materials for special events.
- Degree in Economics, Logistics, or equivalent studies.
- Proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (AX is a plus).
No prior experience required, though familiarity with logistics and operations is advantageous.
Degree in Economics, Logistics, or equivalent studies.
