- Assist the US Director of Marketing & Communications in organizing, researching, planning, and implementing marketing activities for Ginori 1735 in the US and Canada.
- Ensure brand image consistency across all channels, including retail and brand events, internal and external communication, partnerships, and advertising.
- Perform daily administrative activities, including budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Support the creation and resizing of assets across all media channels in collaboration with HQ.
- Maintain detailed files of relevant records such as media plans and performance reports.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and recommend actions based on analysis.
- Assist with logistics of merchandise loans, ensuring availability and proper care.
- Collaborate on the execution of store events with external Marketing and Sales teams.
- Work on pre-/post-event logistics with internal and external parties.
- Contribute to creating new opportunities for branded, wholesale, and partnered activations.
- Brainstorm new opportunities for existing and potential partnerships.
- Distribute visual merchandising materials to retailers and maintain updated training materials.
- Pursuing or secured a bachelor’s degree in business administration, advertising, or a related field.
- Past experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or public relations agency is helpful.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within functional and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and InDesign.
- Experience in creating clear, concise, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
- Creative flair and interest in design and visual presentation.
- Awareness of pop culture, art, film, fashion, and hospitality trends.
Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, or public relations is advantageous, though candidates with in-house or equivalent experience will be considered.
Pursuing or secured a bachelor’s degree in business administration, advertising, or a related field.
Salary range for the Marketing internship position in NYC is between 18.00 and 25.00 USD per hour.
