- Operate manual airbrush equipment for spray painting applications.
- Prepare colors by grinding and diluting with water or oil.
- Set up the workstation, ensuring proper placement of items on the lathe and other supports.
- Assemble and disassemble airbrush equipment.
- Perform airbrushing tasks with varying levels of complexity.
- Conduct quality control checks on color consistency and identify defects.
- Configure robotic airbrush systems.
- Prepare colors for robotic applications.
- Monitor and update robot settings to maintain product quality.
- Educational background in the arts is preferred.
- Experience with compressed air equipment for painting applications.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and precision.
- Strong observational skills and attention to color detail.
- Interest and aptitude in operating robotic machinery.
- Proficiency in manual airbrushing techniques.
- Ability to prepare and mix colors accurately.
- Competence in setting up and maintaining airbrush equipment.
- Skill in quality control and defect identification.
- Familiarity with robotic systems and their configuration.
Experience with compressed air equipment for painting applications is required.
