1. Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics flows to support production, including raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
2. Coordinate warehouse operations, handling, storage, and distribution activities to align with production plans and revenue targets.
3. Optimize stock levels and logistics processes using continuous improvement methodologies, such as lean logistics.
4. Oversee the management of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with safety, transportation, and storage regulations.
5. Manage import/export customs clearance activities, liaising with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies.
6. Negotiate and manage contractual relationships with carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers, while monitoring related costs.
7. Monitor and propose new logistics KPIs, including service levels, lead times, transportation costs, and inventory turnover.
8. Utilize and enhance logistics information systems, particularly ERP (AX Dynamics) and WMS.
9. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficiency and operational continuity.
10. Lead, coordinate, and develop the logistics team as well as external logistics partners.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics roles within the manufacturing sector.
3. Proven experience in effective team management and people coordination.

1. Strong knowledge of industrial supply chain processes.
2. Experience in managing hazardous materials and related regulations.
3. Experience in handling customs clearance processes and international trade.
4. Excellent data analysis skills and KPI management.
5. Proficiency in ERP/WMS (AX Dynamics) systems and IT tools.
6. Excellent command of the English language and strong proficiency in Excel.
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including priority management and resilience under pressure.

A minimum of 5 years in logistics roles within the manufacturing sector, with proven experience in team management and coordination.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
