1. Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements, including logistics, transportation, service, and real estate/construction agreements.
2. Provide legal guidance and support to the procurement team throughout the procurement process.
3. Implement, manage, and maintain corporate compliance programs, such as the D.lgs. 231/01 Model.
4. Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy (GDPR).
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and mitigate legal risks.
6. Manage relationships with external counsel and legal service providers.
7. Stay updated on legal developments relevant to the industry.
8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance and best practices.

1. Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in commercial law.

2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial law is required.
