1. Report to the Department Manager and work within the kiln team to execute daily firing operations.
2. Load and unload products onto kiln trolleys or the kiln conveyor following precise placement specifications.
3. Perform incoming and outgoing quality checks on pieces affected by the firing process, identifying defects and reporting anomalies.
4. Operate pallet truck (transpallet) to move handling units and materials within the production area safely and efficiently.
5. Collaborate closely with colleagues during paired or team shifts to ensure continuous kiln throughput and adherence to production schedules.
6. Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with established health & safety procedures for kiln operation.

1. Proven experience working in shift-based production environments.
2. Availability and willingness to work a 3-shift rotation, including night shifts.
3. Demonstrable teamwork skills and ability to work in close coordination with peers.
4. Punctual, reliable and responsible approach to assigned duties.
5. Ability to operate a pallet truck (transpallet) and handle physical tasks associated with loading/unloading.
