1. Manage the loading and unloading of products onto kiln plates or conveyor belts, adhering to specific placement instructions.
2. Inspect product quality before and after the firing process.
3. Operate pallet jacks to transport product units within the work area.
4. Monitor kiln status parameters via control panels or computers.
5. Perform machinery setup and adjust parameters on control panels or computers.

1. Experience in operating and managing industrial machinery.
2. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
3. Strong team collaboration skills.
4. Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
