1. Assist in the activities of casting and manual finishing of porcelain pieces.
2. Learn to use liquid slip for executing casting and finishing techniques.
3. Become proficient with tools used in finishing activities.
4. Support quality control activities and ensure adherence to product quality standards.

1. Preferably completed studies in an artistic field.
2. Interest in artisanal activities with proven manual dexterity and precision.

1. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
2. Problem-solving abilities and a propensity for proposing innovative solutions.
3. Teamwork skills and the ability to establish good relationships with colleagues.

No prior experience required; however, an interest in artisanal craftsmanship is essential.
