Ginori 1735 Industrial Controller

- Monitor and analyze production fixed and variable costs, variances, and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly reports on plant performance and cost analysis, participating in the month-end closing process.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for industrial operations.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
- Participate in investment analysis and business case evaluations.
- Identify and implement process improvements in controlling activities.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required.
- Analyze industrial and warehouse accounting in compliance with Group reporting roles and codes.
- Conduct stock control and inventory analysis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to travel occasionally.
5-6 years of experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
