- Support the management of service providers including catering, cleaning, and porterage.
- Oversee the inventory of company materials such as uniforms and audio/video equipment, ensuring efficient stock management and receipt of goods.
- Manage company fleet activities including inspections, repairs, and new assignments.
- Coordinate postal and courier services for various company functions.
- Assist in organizing and executing corporate initiatives and events, coordinating necessary services such as delivery, transportation, and equipment handling.
- Manage the 'Equipment and Furniture' warehouse, optimizing allocations and monitoring stock levels and movements.
- Maintain the technical archive of the building, ensuring its digital upkeep.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent management and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
