1. Support the management of service providers including catering, cleaning, and porterage.
2. Oversee the inventory of company materials such as uniforms and audio/video equipment, ensuring efficient stock management and receipt of goods.
3. Manage company fleet activities including inspections, repairs, and new assignments.
4. Coordinate postal and courier services for various company functions.
5. Assist in organizing and executing corporate initiatives and events, coordinating necessary services such as delivery, transportation, and equipment handling.
6. Manage the 'Equipment and Furniture' warehouse, optimizing allocations and monitoring stock levels and movements.
7. Maintain the technical archive of the building, ensuring its digital upkeep.
8. Ensure compliance with procedures for consulting historical samples.

1. Secondary school diploma with a technical focus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.

1. Excellent management and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Fluent in English.
