1. Support the management of service providers including catering, cleaning, and porterage.
2. Oversee the company's material warehouse, ensuring proper stock management and receipt of goods.
3. Manage the company fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and new assignments.
4. Coordinate postal and courier services for various company functions.
5. Assist in organizing and executing corporate initiatives and events, coordinating necessary services such as delivery, transportation, and equipment handling.
6. Manage the 'Equipment and Furnishings' warehouse, cataloging assets, optimizing allocations, and monitoring inventory and asset movement.
7. Maintain the technical archive of the building, ensuring its digital upkeep.
8. Ensure compliance with procedures for consulting historical samples.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, or a technical high school diploma.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
