- Support the calculation and review of standard costs for materials, labor, and overheads.
- Monitor and control production costs, analyzing production variances.
- Conduct monthly and yearly financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting in alignment with company deadlines.
- Provide financial and operational management support, focusing on departmental and product indicators and margins.
- Create and maintain structural and ad hoc analyses and reports, collaborating with the IT team for Business Intelligence development.
- Assist in sales analysis, pricing, and costing policies.
- Perform stock control and inventory analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in an industrial or structured international company.
- Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in complex data management.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Team player with strong engagement skills across various company functions and levels.
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in an industrial or structured international company.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
