- Manage and coordinate technical services for facilities, including needs analysis and maintenance planning.
- Oversee technical and operational management of buildings, including seasonal system adjustments and maintenance of structures and equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies for central systems and equipment.
- Coordinate building expansions and renovations, assisting in drafting specifications and supporting project management.
- Prioritize and manage extraordinary intervention requests within production departments.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for maintenance contracts and interventions.
- Supervise mandatory periodic inspections of systems and services.
- Manage utilities and services with a focus on sustainability and compliance with Kering's directives.
- Analyze and control energy consumption, planning improvement actions.
- Support and collaborate with external providers in project drafting and tender documentation preparation.
- Coordinate preparatory activities for work sites in alignment with manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor project execution against defined roadmaps, conducting final verifications and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and prepare necessary adjustment plans.
- Supervise infrastructure safety and compliance through sensor networks and alarm systems.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field is required.
Degree in Engineering or related field.
