1. Manage customer orders, including entry and confirmation processes.
2. Support pre-sales activities by handling samples, gifts, and consignment processes from data entry to shipment preparation.
3. Provide customer and sales support by creating mailing lists, distributing marketing materials, and preparing client-specific files and databases.
4. Collaborate with the team to handle complaints, verify received reports, and manage replacement orders and return processes.

1. Previous experience in a similar role or context.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
3. Precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
4. Strong collaboration and communication skills with clients and colleagues across various functions.
5. Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
