1. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in luxury retail or services.
2. Passion for the Interior Design/Home Industry.
3. Sales-driven and client-focused.
4. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
5. Strong relationship-building skills and team player.
6. Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
7. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Fluency in French and English.
