1. Operate manual airbrush equipment for spray painting using compressed air devices.
2. Prepare colors by grinding and diluting with water or oil.
3. Set up the workspace with meticulous attention to the positioning of items on the lathe and other necessary supports.
4. Assemble and disassemble spray equipment.
5. Perform airbrushing tasks with increasing levels of complexity.
6. Conduct quality control checks on the chromatic aspects of decorated products and identify defects.
7. Configure and operate robotic airbrush systems.
8. Prepare colors for robotic application.
9. Monitor the chromatic quality of products processed by the robot and update robot settings as needed.

1. Preferably possess an educational background in the arts.
2. Experience with compressed air devices for painting.
3. Demonstrated manual dexterity and precision.
4. Excellent observational skills and attention to chromatic details.
5. Interest and aptitude in operating robotic machinery.

1. Proficiency in manual airbrushing techniques.
2. Ability to prepare and mix colors accurately.
3. Skill in setting up and maintaining airbrush equipment.
4. Competence in quality control and defect identification.
5. Capability to configure and operate robotic airbrush systems.
