- Ensure exceptional customer service and act as the brand ambassador, maintaining high standards of customer relations and satisfaction.
- Handle disputes to uphold the brand's reputation and manage customer grievances according to company protocols.
- Drive sales and enhance the shopping experience by training teams in personalized and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain the sales floor's appearance and appeal in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Implement commercial animations and collaborate closely with stock managers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing daily coaching and fostering a positive commercial dynamic.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
- Provide regular feedback and maintain transparent communication to nurture a constructive and supportive work environment.
- Organize staff schedules to ensure quality customer journeys and adherence to zoning regulations.
- Proven strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.
- Experience in building high-performing teams and facilitating constructive discussions.
- Demonstrated courage in taking initiatives and calculated risks in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful prior managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and customer service.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
A minimum of one successful managerial experience is required.
Fixed salary over 13 months with a variable component based on sales performance, up to €150 gross for monthly store sales and €600 gross for luxury segment performance and mystery shopper evaluations.
