1. Design and prepare dishes in accordance with technical specifications and company processes.
2. Manage inventory and stock levels.
3. Ensure the workstation is properly set up.

5. Collaborate with the stand manager to develop new menus.

Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a high-end or self-service environment.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

A fixed salary over 12 months, with a 13th-month bonus and additional incentives.
