- Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and updating of product listings, including information, pricing, and visuals.
- Manage the Gourmet store's e-commerce site, adhering to the editorial calendar and e-merchandising strategies.
- Oversee the Gourmet blog, including content creation, article writing, and visual design for brand promotions.
- Coordinate content requests, briefings, and integration for brand pages, product listings, and site visuals.
- Propose enhancements for site content to boost commercial outcomes.
- Participate in e-commerce photo shoots with the Communication team.
- Implement necessary modifications and settings in the site's Back Office.
- Analyze weekly and monthly e-commerce KPIs.
- Monitor and publish daily site performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy and team communication.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams to drive site traffic.
- Report site functionality issues to the E-commerce Manager.
- Conduct competitive e-commerce analysis.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Web Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Action-oriented with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Proficiency in Photoshop (basic level).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel and Sheets).
- Familiarity with CMS/Back Office e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and e-commerce KPIs.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in digital marketing or e-commerce are advantageous.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
