2. Enhance the customer journey by adapting layouts to current themes, events, and commercial operations.
3. Analyze performance indicators to assess the impact of merchandising actions.
4. Ensure harmony between merchandising strategy and operational needs.
5. Support the merchandising team in its development and daily missions.
6. Train sales teams on merchandising practices through individual or group sessions.

1. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.

Fixed annual salary between €40,000 and €45,000 gross, with a variable component up to €3,500 gross annually.
