- Implement and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines and recommendations.
- Maintain the visual integrity of designated spaces.
- Propose and execute necessary modifications in response to evolving product offerings.
- Ensure consistency in presentations and department animations.
- Collaborate with sales staff to maintain merchandising standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and manage presentation materials, such as mannequins.
- Stay informed about current trends and industry movements through events, exhibitions, and media.
- Monitor competitor practices within the assigned sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage team participation.

Experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.
Fixed annual salary of 24,000 to 27,000 EUR, with additional variable compensation based on store objectives.
