- Implement merchandising guidelines and adapt modifications as necessary.
- Maintain dedicated spaces ensuring cleanliness, proper signage, and finishing touches.
- Monitor daily sales figures within the assigned perimeter and propose necessary adjustments based on results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal clients.
- Learn and master the calculation of merchandising capacity for a zone and determine placement quantities.
- Work with various presentation supports such as mannequins, busts, and furniture.
- Learn to compose groups of mannequins and interpret style briefs.
- Stay informed on current trends and industry movements through exhibitions, salons, and fashion shows.
- Discover best practices from competitors.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) with a specialization in Visual Merchandising.
- Previous successful experience in a similar role.
- Autonomous and rigorous, with a penchant for taking initiative and expressing ideas.
- Strategic thinking and market trend identification.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges.
- Space management and volume analysis.
- Product placement techniques for tables, mannequins, and busts.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, materials, styles, and colors.
- Layout techniques.
A proven track record in a similar role is required.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Visual Merchandising.
