1. Ensure the personalization of the VIC customer journey, acting as an ambassador of the store and leveraging expertise.
2. Participate in and implement customer prospecting strategies.
3. Identify client needs and personalize the customer experience.
4. Supervise daily client journeys, ensuring adherence to store standards and procedures.
5. Maintain high-quality customer service in dedicated spaces, fostering privileged moments with clients.
6. Act as a store ambassador with in-depth knowledge of products, services, and in-store experiences.
7. Develop an internal network to enhance responsiveness to client requests.
8. Animate and expand a client portfolio, identifying development opportunities.
9. Define and manage client requests throughout their store journey.

1. 2-3 years of team management experience in the hospitality or retail sector.
2. Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in Russian or Spanish preferred.

2-3 years of team management experience in the hospitality or retail sector.

Fixed remuneration over 13 months, with a variable component up to €605 per month.
