Galeries Lafayette Transformation Project Manager Intern

- Contribute to the development of the department's transformation program.
- Support the creation and articulation of perspectives on the evolution of business models and operations.
- Manage the progress of key projects in collaboration with relevant departments, including project scoping and presentation support.
- Actively participate in strategic projects such as process reviews, digital transformation, AI integration, and lean management.
- Assist in the formulation of a three-year transformation plan for the department.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.
- Result-oriented with a passion for tackling impactful business challenges.
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges and opportunities.
No prior experience required, but a strategic mindset and eagerness to learn are essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
Monthly stipend of €1,300 for Bac +4 students and €1,500 for Bac +5 students.
