1. Input training dossiers for Affiliate activities
2. Actively participate in registration campaigns and follow-ups throughout the year
3. Provide back-office support for organizing in-person and remote training sessions with internal teams and external providers
4. Manage training dossiers and ensure their compliance
5. Prepare and dispatch administrative training kits
6. Engage in after-sales service and maintain relationships with learners, internal clients, and sponsors
7. Interface with training providers
8. Contribute to the Academy's communications such as newsletters and e-cafés
9. Assist in the administrative management of internship contracts

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Bac +2/3) in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in HR/Training

4. Effective communication skills

No prior professional experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
