- Manage a portfolio of brands autonomously, coordinating meetings with brand partners and buyers to present key events and partnership proposals.
- Stay informed about partner activities to align them with Galeries Lafayette's major events and themes.
- Challenge partners on unique and exclusive projects.
- Present available tools (social media, CRM, customer journey, catalogs) to brands to enhance their visibility and business.
- Negotiate commercial cooperation budgets in collaboration with the purchasing department.
- Monitor and analyze the trade marketing budget and performance of marketing operations.
- Coordinate marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring complete project management from negotiation to evaluation.
- Facilitate communication activations between brands and internal services (CRM, GL.COM, social media, catalog).
- Ensure timely receipt of communication elements and define quarterly communication priorities.
- Participate in co-constructing marketing plans with trade marketers across different sectors.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports for each operation.
- Coordinate trade operations in network stores, sending monthly trade notes and ensuring deployment and follow-up.
- Prepare coordination meetings between stores and the trade team and participate in negotiations with key trade actors.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Client-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and initiative-taking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in trade marketing and retail is essential.
Pursuing Master's degree in Business or related field.
Monthly stipend of €1,300 for Bac +4 students and €1,500 for Bac +5 students.
