- Oversee the implementation of theatrical projects from conception to realization, including scenography and product presentation materials for animations, pop-up stores, and events.
- Adapt the manifestation's universe to the field through simulations, ensuring the accurate placement of display elements.
- Consider technical and budgetary constraints from the management.
- Ensure project feasibility from a safety perspective, coordinating with external suppliers and internal safety and maintenance services.
- Negotiate quotes with suppliers.
- Conduct in-situ measurements and verify the accuracy of existing plans.
- Create plans and 3D simulations, considering volumes, spaces, materials, finishes, and colors.
- Develop inspiration boards for each project, presenting multiple versions.
- Maintain a cohesive vision across all store projects.
- Propose innovative materials and design elements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and exploratory research, including visiting trade shows and exhibitions.
- Coordinate project management with various stakeholders, including signage, merchandising, CMO, security, suppliers, maintenance, and technical teams.
- Manage production teams and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Degree in graphic design, spatial design, or merchandising with knowledge of visual identity.
- Ambitious and results-driven mindset.
- Adaptability to new challenges and dynamic environments.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in 3D design and simulation software.
- Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions.
2 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within retail, luxury, or merchandising sectors, with visual merchandising experience desired.
Degree in graphic design, spatial design, or merchandising.
Competitive fixed salary over 13 months, with a potential bonus of up to €2000 annually.
