- Manage user requests and incidents by centralizing IT tickets or requests via phone and email for any blocking situations.
- Guide users in ticket creation, ensuring clarity of needs and complete traceability for swift resolution.
- Diagnose IT malfunctions, both hardware and software, remotely or on-site, and direct requests to appropriate contacts while monitoring resolution progress.
- Maintain IT equipment, including updates, repairs, replacements, data transfers, and system security.
- Manage inventory, documentation, and updates of site IT equipment (PDAs, printers, etc.), and install and configure new equipment based on user needs.
- Oversee the issuance and return of equipment for employees (PCs, Reflex access, etc.).
- Track user requests through a ticket management software and provide support to Level 2 IT Technicians as needed.
- Participate in user training and awareness on new tools and IT best practices.
- Proven ability to manage IT requests and incidents efficiently.
- Strong diagnostic skills for IT hardware and software issues.
- Experience in maintaining and configuring IT equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT ticket management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
