1. Manage user requests and incidents by centralizing IT tickets or requests via phone and email.
2. Guide users in opening tickets, ensuring clarity of needs and complete traceability for quick resolution.
3. Diagnose IT issues, both hardware and software, remotely or on-site, and direct requests to appropriate contacts.
4. Maintain IT equipment, including updates, repairs, replacements, data transfers, and system security.
5. Manage inventory, documentation, and updates of IT equipment on site.
6. Install and configure new equipment based on user needs.
7. Handle the issuance and return of equipment for employees.
8. Track user requests using ticket management software.
9. Support Level 2 IT Technicians as needed.
10. Train and educate users on new tools and best IT practices.

Experience in IT support or a related field is required.
