- Manage a team of two technicians and oversee external contractors.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations internally and through external providers.
- Conduct installation work with the team as needed.
- Participate in maintenance interventions across various domains as required.
- Monitor maintenance reports and analyses.
- Contribute to the on-call schedule, including closures, weekends, and holidays.
- Facilitate the technical development of technicians.
- Implement maintenance reporting systems.
- Coordinate renovation operations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers to address anomalies.
- Perform or oversee mandatory periodic testing of installations.
- Ensure the upkeep of spaces and premises to the highest standards.
- Implement energy policies in line with RSE, ISO 50001, and energy-saving practices.
- Manage departmental budgets and spare parts inventory.
- Specialist in HVAC, plumbing, pressure equipment, and refrigerants.
- Electrical certification H0V / B1V.
- Experience in large department stores or shopping centers.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems such as sprinklers and smoke extraction.
- Familiarity with regulations for public buildings.
- Accountability and responsibility in achieving objectives and commitments.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.
Experience in a similar role within large department stores or shopping centers is required.
A fixed salary over 13 months, with a variable component up to €150 based on monthly store revenue, and an annual bonus up to one month's gross salary.
