1. Perform routine maintenance tasks including equipment upkeep, renovation, and facility improvements.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance by inspecting installations, identifying anomalies, and rectifying malfunctions.

1. Certification in electrical work (CAP/BEP Electrician) with authorization for low voltage electrical tasks.

Fixed annual salary starting at €23,985 for junior positions and €25,000 for experienced candidates, with variable compensation up to €600 annually.
