- Process tax refund forms by receiving, sorting, and dispatching them via various channels.
- Validate forms in the Détaxe GL tool according to customs regulations.
- Report anomalies to the supervisor for review before final validation.
- Archive validated forms manually and monitor activity indicators.
- Manage and follow up on customer requests and complaints regarding tax refunds.
- Handle after-sales services related to tax refunds and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with customer requests and validate them to maintain service quality.
- Facilitate cohesion among various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide information to clients, ensuring adherence to Galeries Lafayette's service standards and procedures.
- Establish a privileged relationship with clients to ensure service quality and foster loyalty.
- Fluency in French and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Methodical and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Adaptability and agility in learning new situations.
- Ability to adjust approach and behavior to different situations.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges.
Experience in a customer service or administrative role within the retail sector is preferred.
Fixed annual gross salary of €23,000, excluding variable components and bonuses. Stimulating variable compensation up to €237 gross per month.
