- Process tax refund forms received through various channels.
- Sort and distribute forms with and without stamps.
- Validate forms in the Tax Refund GL tool according to customs regulations.
- Report anomalies to the supervisor for review before final validation.
- Archive validated forms manually.
- Monitor activity indicators.
- Handle and follow up on customer requests and complaints.
- Manage after-sales services related to tax refunds.
- Report information on complaints and observed malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance and quality in customer service.
- Verify and process customer requests for refunds.
- Facilitate cohesion among various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide information to clients, ensuring adherence to Galeries Lafayette's service standards and procedures.
- Establish a privileged relationship with clients to ensure service quality and foster loyalty.
- Propose and implement improvement plans based on feedback and observed issues.
- Fluency in French and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Methodical and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Adaptability and agility in learning new situations.
- Proactive in facing and overcoming challenges.
Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role within a retail environment is preferred.
Fixed annual salary of €23,000 gross, with potential variable pay up to €237 gross per month, based on full-time hours.
