1. Welcome and assist international clients, ensuring eligibility for tax-free shopping by verifying passports, visas, and purchase amounts.
2. Guide clients through the tax refund process using automated systems.
3. Apply and uphold service standards, ensuring the service area is well-maintained.
4. Inform clients about commercial offers and store services.
5. Input client information and mandatory fields into the tax-free shopping tool.
6. Capture or manually enter purchase details and complete product information as needed.
7. Explain different refund methods to clients and assist them throughout the tax-free form completion.
8. Clarify customs procedures related to tax-free shopping, including necessary steps for the Pablo process in France and customs visas when exiting the EU.
9. Report any client-reported issues to the Administrative Department within the Tax-Free Service.

1. Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry is preferred.

Fixed monthly salary of €1,845 gross, with potential variable compensation up to €237 gross per month, plus a 13th month salary.
