- Welcome and assist international clients, ensuring eligibility for tax refunds by verifying passports, visas, and required purchase amounts.
- Guide clients through the tax refund process using automated systems.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure the smooth operation of the tax refund service.
- Inform clients about store promotions and services.
- Accurately input client details and purchase information into the tax refund system.
- Explain customs procedures related to tax refunds, including the Pablo process in France and customs visas for exiting the EU.
- Report any client-reported issues to the Administrative Department within the Tax Refund service.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust with clients.
- Adaptability to different situations and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to explain complex procedures clearly.
Previous experience in customer service or retail, particularly in a luxury or high-end environment, is preferred.
A fixed salary of €1,845 gross per month, with a variable component up to €237 gross per month, plus a 13th-month bonus.
Benefits include a closing bonus, vacation bonus, profit-sharing, 80% transportation cost coverage, and employee discounts. Opportunities to work 12 Sundays per year on a voluntary basis are also available.
