1. Welcome and assist international clients, ensuring eligibility for tax refunds by verifying passports, visas, and required purchase amounts.
2. Guide clients through the tax refund process using automated systems.
3. Maintain high service standards and ensure the smooth operation of the tax refund service.
4. Inform clients about store promotions and services.
5. Accurately input client details and purchase information into the tax refund system.
6. Explain customs procedures related to tax refunds, including the Pablo process in France and customs visas for exiting the EU.
7. Report any client-reported issues to the Administrative Department within the Tax Refund service.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
2. Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust with clients.
3. Adaptability to different situations and proactive problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in customer service or retail, particularly in a luxury or high-end environment, is preferred.

A fixed salary of €1,845 gross per month, with a variable component up to €237 gross per month, plus a 13th-month bonus.
