1. Conduct fittings in accordance with the atelier's schedule.
2. Welcome and advise clients, offering tailored solutions.
3. Apply service standards and adjust garments on clients.
4. Promote the store's payment card.
5. Inform clients about alteration timelines and costs.
6. Record alterations on client files, including measurements and notes.
7. Collaborate with sales teams for seamless service.
8. Perform garment alterations and repairs, such as sleeve adjustments, size modifications, and embellishments.
9. Press altered garments and ensure quality control according to standards.
10. Package products according to specific requirements.

1. CAP/BEP qualification in clothing or related field.
2. Proven experience in an alteration workshop.

1. Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Adaptability and agility in learning new tasks.
3. Attention to detail and teamwork.
4. Knowledge of textiles and tailoring techniques.

Previous experience in a tailoring or alteration workshop is required.

CAP/BEP in clothing or related field.

Fixed salary over 13 months, with performance-based variable pay.
