- Ensure the supply of a designated department by analyzing stock levels using available indicators and dashboards.
- Monitor deliveries during various events, ensuring timely arrivals and addressing any discrepancies.
- Manage all supply chain flows, considering on-ground capacities and storage needs.
- Recommend stock adjustments to the Offer and Purchasing Department to meet sales targets.
- Determine stock volumes for events and coordinate with the Reserve Scheduling Team.
- Collaborate with other Supply Chain Managers to manage rolling zones and leader groupings.
- Act as the primary liaison with Sales Teams and the Offer and Purchasing Department, providing alerts and action plans.
- Analyze and validate supply needs from Sales Teams, communicating them to the Offer and Purchasing Department.
- Prepare and lead monthly and weekly meetings with Sales Managers, drafting agendas and minutes.
- Produce commercial event reports and share action plans with Sales and Offer and Purchasing Departments.
- Contribute to reducing inventory discrepancies by adhering to procedures and managing movements such as storage, returns, and transfers.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Oracle.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in inventory and supply coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
A transparent fixed salary over 12 months, with additional benefits such as a 13th-month bonus and vacation bonus.
