- Ensure the supply of a department by analyzing stock levels using available indicators and dashboards.
- Monitor deliveries during various events, such as seasonal changes and partner installations, ensuring delivery dates, outstanding deliveries, and delivery anomalies are tracked.
- Manage all supply chain flows, considering on-site and reserve capacities.
- Recommend stock level adjustments to the Offer and Purchasing Department to meet sales targets.
- Determine stock volumes for events and share with the Reserve Scheduling Team.
- Coordinate with other Supply Chain Coordinators on rolling zones and leader groupings.
- Act as the primary contact for Sales Teams and the Offer and Purchasing Department, advising on action plans for issues like stockouts and sales declines.
- Analyze supply needs from Sales Teams and communicate validated requests to the Offer and Purchasing Department.
- Prepare and lead monthly and weekly meetings with Sales Managers, drafting agendas and minutes.
- Produce commercial event reports and share action plans with Sales and Offer and Purchasing Departments.
- Contribute to reducing inventory discrepancies by adhering to procedures and managing storage movements, supplier returns, and transfers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
A minimum of two years of experience in supply chain or procurement is required, with a strong emphasis on analytical capabilities and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics or a related field.
Compensation includes a fixed salary over 12 months, a 13th-month bonus, vacation bonus, and profit-sharing incentives.
