Galeries Lafayette Store Manager
The Galeries Lafayette Group, a prominent leader in the French watch and jewelry retail sector, operates through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The Watch and Jewelry Division serves as the central purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across its 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its extensive network of 70 retail outlets and an e-commerce platform, offers a diverse range of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports. The division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike with its exceptional offerings.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the sales floor.
- Drive the commercial growth of the store by devising and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Foster an exceptional customer experience to enhance client loyalty.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies and brand directives.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, after-sales service, security, and safety.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.

A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
Fixed salary between €2,200 and €2,400 over 12.5 months, aligned with experience and skills. Variable compensation linked to commercial and individual performance, including monthly and quarterly bonuses and sales commissions.
Annual bonus based on achieving set objectives, employee discounts on purchases, personalized onboarding support.
