Galeries Lafayette Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 Louis Pion retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online store, also offering bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the sales floor.
- Drive the commercial growth of the store by defining and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience to foster client loyalty.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies and brand directives.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, after-sales service, security, and safety.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Strategic thinking and customer orientation.

- Leadership skills to drive collective success.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a dynamic retail environment.
Fixed salary between €2,200 and €2,400 over 12.5 months, with variable incentives based on sales and performance targets.
