Galeries Lafayette Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 Louis Pion retail locations throughout France and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for luxury brands such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the floor.
- Drive the commercial growth of the store by defining and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience to foster client loyalty.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage operational tasks including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, after-sales service, and security.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Strategic thinking and customer orientation.
- Ability to build high-performing teams and inspire engagement.
- Strong leadership and action-oriented mindset.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail management position.
Fixed salary between €28,750 and €31,250 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation including monthly, quarterly bonuses, and sales commissions.
Annual bonus based on achieving set targets, employee discounts, and personalized onboarding support.
