Galeries Lafayette Store Manager
The Watches and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors, represented by renowned brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Additionally, Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for iconic names like Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the sales floor.
- Drive the commercial growth of the store by devising and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Foster a customer-centric environment to ensure exceptional client experiences and loyalty.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, after-sales service, and security.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Strategic thinking and customer orientation.
- Ability to build high-performing teams and inspire engagement.
- Ambitious and action-oriented with a focus on achieving impactful results.
A minimum of two years in a comparable position within the retail sector, demonstrating strategic and customer-focused capabilities.
Fixed salary between €2200 and €2400 over 12.5 months, with variable incentives linked to sales and performance targets.
