Galeries Lafayette Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in the distribution of timepieces and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry, catering to a wide range of consumer preferences. Meanwhile, Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban settings and airports, with a network of 12 boutiques and an online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, and Omega.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the floor.
- Drive the commercial growth of the store by devising and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, customer service, and security.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Strategic thinking and customer orientation.
- Ambitious and results-driven with a focus on positive business impact.
- Leadership skills to build high-performing teams and inspire engagement.
At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position is required.
Fixed salary between €2000-€2300 over 12.5 months, aligned with experience and skills. Stimulating variable compensation linked to commercial and individual performance, including monthly, quarterly bonuses, and sales commissions. An annual bonus based on achieving set objectives.
