Galeries Lafayette Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores across France and Luxembourg, the division operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail points across France and an e-commerce platform, offers a curated selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring a strong operational presence on the sales floor.
- Drive the commercial growth of the store by devising and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring exceptional client experiences and promoting customer loyalty.
- Oversee the administrative management of the store, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, human resources, reporting, inventory control, after-sales service, and security.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.

A minimum of two years in a comparable managerial role within the retail sector, demonstrating strategic thinking and customer focus.
Fixed annual salary between €28,750 and €31,250 over 12.5 months, aligned with experience and skills. Variable compensation based on sales and individual performance, including monthly, quarterly bonuses, and personal sales commissions. Annual bonus linked to achieving set annual objectives.
