Galeries Lafayette Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watchmaking sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, both integrated and affiliated. Operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores, the division also manages 70 Louis Pion outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, offering an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own Louis Pion collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and operational presence.
- Drive commercial growth by devising and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience to foster client loyalty.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, and security.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewelry sector.
- Strategic thinking and customer orientation.
- Ability to build high-performing teams and inspire engagement.
- Ambitious and results-driven with a focus on impactful performance.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial role within the jewelry industry is required.
Fixed salary between 2300 and 2500 euros over 12.5 months, complemented by a stimulating variable remuneration linked to commercial and individual performance.
