Intern - Receptionist

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail outlets across France, offering a wide selection of watches and jewelry. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Provide excellent reception services to French and international clients with discretion and respect.
2. Manage client wait times, provide information, and organize appointments.
3. Assist sales staff during product presentations.
4. Install clients and offer refreshments.
5. Observe and respond attentively to client requests.
6. Participate in the setup and maintenance of the flagship store.
7. Ensure the store is well-maintained according to management's guidelines.
8. Learn and implement store security protocols.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
2. Understanding of luxury codes and customer service.
3. Interpersonal skills for building relationships internally and externally.
