1. Enhance community engagement through strategic use of language, understanding of key codes, and partnerships with influencers and renowned bloggers.
2. Develop and evolve editorial content formats, including sections, themes, and visuals.
3. Utilize technical platforms and tools for sponsorship and advertisement management.
4. Conduct comprehensive reporting with a focus on analytics and insights.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or a related field.

1. Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
2. Adaptability to various situations and ability to adjust approach as needed.
3. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.
4. Experience in social media and/or community management is advantageous.

Previous experience in social media or community management is a plus.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.

Compensation is aligned with educational level: €1,300 gross monthly for Bachelor's level, €1,500 gross monthly for Master's level.
