Human Resources Intern

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce site, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards
2. Conduct phone screenings and participate in physical interviews
3. Present a shortlist of candidates to operational teams
4. Update and monitor recruitment dashboards
5. Prepare for the integration of new employees
6. Assist in launching the 2025 Skills Development Plan
7. Track training registrations
8. Prepare and coordinate training sessions
9. Work on various HR projects such as integration programs, employee surveys, employer branding, internal communication, and tool deployment

1. Background in Human Resources
2. First successful experience in a similar role
