1. Draft and publish job advertisements on various job boards.
2. Conduct preliminary telephone screenings and participate in in-person interviews.
3. Present a shortlist of candidates to operational teams.
4. Update and maintain recruitment dashboards.
5. Assist in the preparation of new employee onboarding processes.
6. Support the launch of the 2025 Skills Development Plan.
7. Monitor training registrations and coordinate training sessions.
8. Contribute to various HR projects such as integration pathways, employee surveys, employer branding, internal communication, and tool deployment.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
