Galeries Lafayette Marketing and Communication Intern
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations and e-commerce platform, offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for renowned names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. Its mission is to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts, from the curious to the passionate.
- Assist in the monitoring and deployment of Trade Marketing activities.
- Coordinate brand content initiatives.
- Manage the planning and reporting of Marketing & Communication strategies.
- Conduct active competitive analysis and report best practices from the field.
- Support budget tracking.
- Assist in the production of the Watch and Jewelry Division's catalog.
- Contribute to the implementation of social media strategies, including community management and client dispute resolution.
- Participate in influencer strategy execution, including casting, partnerships, and events.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication (Bac +4/5).
- Autonomous and organized work ethic.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Creative and aesthetic sensibility.
- Awareness of current trends.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework or projects in marketing or communication are preferred.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
