Galeries Lafayette Social Law Legal Intern

- Provide advisory and support services on individual and collective labor law matters.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for social partners and ensure the communication and implementation of collective agreements and other social standards.
- Disseminate best practices and company recommendations regarding social law application.
- Participate in the preparation and oversight of contentious cases, coordinating with external advisors from document preparation to action coordination.
- Conduct legal and social monitoring, communicate key solutions internally, and develop dossiers on social issues.
- Master's degree in Labor Law or a related field.
- Previous experience in social law, either through an internship or apprenticeship, within a company or law firm.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
- Interest or knowledge in retail industry issues.
A minimum of one prior experience in social law, preferably in a corporate or legal firm setting, is required.
Master's degree in Labor Law or related field.
