1. Provide advisory and support services on individual and collective labor law matters.
2. Assist in the preparation of cases for social partners and ensure the communication and implementation of collective agreements and other social standards.
3. Disseminate best practices and company recommendations regarding social law application.
4. Participate in the preparation and oversight of contentious cases, coordinating with external advisors from document preparation to action coordination.
5. Conduct legal and social monitoring, communicate key solutions internally, and develop dossiers on social issues.

1. Master's degree in Labor Law or a related field.
2. Previous experience in social law, either through an internship or apprenticeship, within a company or law firm.

3. Interest or knowledge in retail industry issues.

A minimum of one prior experience in social law, preferably in a corporate or legal firm setting, is required.

Master's degree in Labor Law or related field.
